1. Full refund will be provided to customer with the following conditions

a. Customer cancels the order within 24 hrs of purchase by sending confirmed email to our accounts department. Additionally applicable taxes/charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

2. Refund of 80% will be provided to customer with the following conditions

a. Customer cancels the order within 48 hrs of purchase by sending confirmed email to our accounts department. Additionally applicable taxes/charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund of 60% will be provided to customer with the following conditions

a. Customer cancels the order within 72 hrs of purchase by sending confirmed email to our accounts department. Additionally applicable taxes/charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

4. Refund of 25% will be provided to customer with the following conditions

a. Customer cancels the order by confirmed email within 24 hrs of initiation of any service by IRP. Initiation of any service will be done by sending an email to customer by IRP. Additionally applicable taxes/charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund. If any customer wants to start his/her services within 72 hrs of purchase, then refund clause 4 will supersede refund clause 1,2 and 3.

5. No refund will be provided to customer with the following conditions

a. If a service is started and customer requests cancellation after 24 hrs of starting the service after using the service.

NOTE: Refund related all emails should be sent to contact@researchpromotion.com with a copy to contact.irpromotion@gmail.com. No other mails should be used for refund requests to avoid confusion.
